Your Snap-On Tread purchase includes 1 (one) snap-on tread in the color of your choice.

Each tread is made of a black, rigid PVC plastic material with a Santoprene pad in either yellow or black.

The Snap-On Tread comes in a 9.5" length and snaps into a 14" double rung ladder. For a 10" ladder you can cut 1.5" from each end and create a 6.5" Snap-On Tread. Reference image on product page for where to cut Snap-On Tread.

Clean any dirt or debris from the tread with a soft cloth and mild cleaning agent.

We accept returns and exchanges.

You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Handling Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 15 days of refund approval. This credit reimbursement time will also depend on your card issuer’s policies.

If your exchange is approved, we will initiate a new order with due processing. We will notify you when your replacement item has shipped from our facility.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
